Subject: Texas ASPA Conf. is Oct. 19 -- register now for discount

Register now -- early bird discounts end October 12 -- for the Third Annual Texas ASPA Conference on the theme, "Leadership and Public Administration in a Diverse Society", at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, University of Texas at Austin on Friday the 19th of October 2001.  Featured speakers will include Ken Ashworth, Henry Cisneros, and Ken Apfel.  There will also be several  breakout panels to choose from and exhibits by partners with ASPA in promoting excellence in government.
