Attend a special CenTex ASPA Luncheon Program on "Police and Community Relations -- Challenges and Opportunities" on Wednesday July 31 at 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM at the Texas State Capitol Annex, West Dining Area of the Cafeteria on Level E1. Confirmed speakers are Stanley L. Knee, Chief of the Austin Police Department, and Iris J. Jones, Austin's first-ever Police Monitor. Also invited is LBJ School Professor and former Austin City Council Member Bill Spelman. Cost: $10 (includes food, drink, tax, and tip).
